2. No Medical Advice
The content of this Website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. 3. Appointments and Inquiries
Submitting the contact form or the appointment-request form is a non-binding inquiry and does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is only confirmed once we reply to you directly. Treatment terms, costs and insurance coverage are as described on the Treatment Costs page and are subject to the applicable statutory tariffs and your individual insurance contract.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a confirmed appointment. Appointments cancelled later than that, and appointments not attended, are billed under Tariff 1250 (missed consultation) as shown on the Treatment Costs page. Insurers do not reimburse this charge. If something unforeseeable prevents you from attending, tell us and we will find a fair solution.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it or the experience of other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (including text, graphics, logos, photographs and design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
